I go back to work on either the 7th or the 8th. Technically I’m supposed to be going back to work on the 8th. However, some of the administrators have decided we need to have an extra day so that we can team build. I don’t know if they are actually going to have the team building day on the 7th.
As a result, I’ve decided to create a menu for the month and do some freezer meals. I’m going to use the freezer meals twice a week – Mondays and Thursdays.
Wednesdays are leftover days. I like to have an easy day in the middle of the week.
I don’t plan for Sundays and Saturdays. We do Sunday meals but things can change. Saturdays are either leftover day, breakfast for dinner, or date nights for Hubby and I.
