Here is this year’s menu:
- Turkey – We get a marinaded turkey breast tenderloin. No bones. The turkey only takes about an hour to bake. Score! Here is a link to a different recipe for turkey in the slow cooker if you want to go a little more traditional.
- Corn Casserole
- Mashed Sweet Potatoes – I got frozen mashed potatoes from Trader Joe’s. So much easier to make. Here is a link to a sweet potato casserole and a link to russet potato mashed potatoes.
- Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese
- Green Bean Casserole
- Brown and Serve Rolls
- Stuffing or Dressing – Whatever you want to call it.
- Vegetarian Stuffing or Dressing
- Gravy – This year I got a jar of the gravy. So much easier.
- White Salad – Always a favorite of mine.
- Cranberry relish – I got a jar of it at Trader Joe’s.Only my mom and I like cranberry relish so it is easier to already buy it. Here’s a link to a homemade version.
- Pumpkin pie sheet cake
- Pecan Pie Bubble Up
- Whipped Cream
I’m also going to have some deviled eggs and veggies to snack on until it’s time to eat.
Here is a breakdown of when I’m going to make the different recipes so that I’m not going to be in the kitchen all day long.
