Flight Home (Blog Post #17)

Before flying home, I met Molly’s parents.  Then it we headed to the airport.

After a sad hug good-bye, it was time for me to go through security.

When I went through security in Dayton, I did not have to take my food out of my bag.  However at the Rochester airport, I had to take food out.  I had food hidden throughout my bag so that was quite a process.

After getting a drink at Dunkin’ Donuts, I hung out in the lounge area until it was time for my flight.  The airport is smaller than Dayton so it only took me a few minutes to find my gate.

My layover was in Philly just like on the way to Rochester.  I got myself some soft pretzel nuggets to eat.  Plus I had packed my dinner since I only had a little bit of time between flights.

Then it was time for my flight to Dayton.  I had chose the wrong side of the plane when I booked my flight last January.  The right hand side of the plane had the beautiful sunset.  (Boo!)

I finally landed in Dayton, met up with my friend, and headed home.  We stopped for a real meal before getting to my house.

A week and a half later, I was going to go on another adventure with my family.  I’ve been blogging about that adventure on Saturdays and will be continuing with that series until June.  (Folly Beach, SC blog posts)

Have a magical day,
Traci

P.S.  Starting next week, I will be starting a series about the Imaginative One and my trip to Hershey, PA.

Please leave me a message so I know you came and visited.
