I’ve been lax about creating menu plans during September. As a result, it’s been difficult to get food on the table.
This week I created a simple menu plan. Then I forgot we had Court of Honor so I have to slightly change my plan. I’ve got to cook a main dish that is safe for me to eat.
Here is my menu plan for the week:
Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup, and Homemade Applesauce
Bramble Beans and Salad for Court of Honor
Cincinnati Chili with Gluten Free Spaghetti and Cheddar Cheese
Homemade Chicken Nuggets (Use Almond Flour instead of Flour), Baked French Fries, Corn on the Cob
Pepper Steak with Rice (Freezer Meal)
I had Hubby stop at Trader Joes on Saturday so I got some gluten free bread. I’ve discovered the Gluten Free Bread at Trader Joes is my favorite. Anyway I’m going to pack mixed nut butter and apple cider jam sammies for lunch this week with salad. Yum!
Breakfasts are going to be green smoothies, gluten free bagels with salted caramel cream cheese, Noosa yogurt, and Honeycrisp apples. Delicious!
