This weekend, I got a cool pan to make my baked pancakes in. Instead of the pancake being in a rectangular shape, it makes little silver dollar pancakes. Believe me it was so much easier to get a breakfast for dinner meal on the table. I made up the batter of the pancakes and then filled each cavity. After filling each cavity, I then baked the pancakes in the oven. Meanwhile, I cooked bacon and scrambled eggs. Yum!
This pan makes 12 pancakes at a time.
