What’s for dinner? – Week of Dec. 3

I’ve been flying by the seat of my pants for dinners during the last couple of weeks.  This week I have a plan.  Yeah, me!

Monday – roasted chicken thighs in crockpot, quinoa with broccoli, mac and cheese, and veggies

Tuesday – sausage and red potatoes, veggies

Wednesday – roast, mashed potatoes, green beans

Thursday – chicken pot pie soup, biscuits

Friday – eat at church

Saturday – potato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
