Peach Crisp Smoothie Bowl

A few weeks ago, I was craving a smoothie bowl for dinner. So I made a peach crisp smoothie bowl.

This would be a good breakfast or dessert during the summer when it is hot outside.

So what is a smoothie bowl?  It’s a smoothie that is slightly thicker than typical smoothie.  You eat it in a bowl with toppings.

Peach Crisp Smoothie Bowl

Stars of the recipe:

  • 1-1/2 c. fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 c. to 1-1/2 c. almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • toppings:  pecans, granola, chia seeds, more peaches


  1. Add all the ingredients except for the toppings to the blender cup.  (Start with 1 c. of almond milk and then add more if needed.)
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Top with toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
