I have been so slack about cooking dinner and even menu planning. In fact, the Imaginative One asked me why I hadn’t planned dinner for the week. It’s been low on my priorities. Testing and end of the year school stuff has taken a lot out of me.
I have decided I need to create a menu for this week. I’m not going to put the days of the week with the recipe. Instead I’ll list the recipes I’m going to cook.
Oh and all the main dish items are going to be cooked in the slow cooker.
Simple Creamy Potato Soup with Hawaiian Bread
Sriracha Ribs with Crispy Garlic Potatoes and Corn on the Cob
Creamy Chicken Dinner with leftover Hawaiian Bread
Veggie Lasagna Toss with Italian Zucchini Skillet and Garlic Bread or Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Beef Tacos with raw veggies and Guacamole and tortilla chips
