- chicken and parsley dumplings
- orange chicken over rice, fortune cookies, veggies
- 7-up pork chops, buttered noodles, veggies, rolls

- Skyline chili over spaghetti, raw veggies, cornbread

Crockpot Beef Hash
Stars of the recipe:
- 1 lb of cubed stewing meat
- 5 large Russett potatoes diced
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1 cup beef broth or stock
- salt to taste
- black pepper
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).
