Cashew Cream
Ingredients
- 1 c. raw cashews
- 3/4 c. filtered water
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Soak the cashews for 2 hours. (Place the cashews in a bowl and then cover with water.)
- Drain.
- Add the cashews, filtered water, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store in the fridge. Use within 4 to 5 days.
