I did some prepping for my meals this week so it should be an easy cooking week for me.

Here are some pictures of my food prep:

food prep #1

food prep #2

#1 – Cut up celery, carrots, and onions – The celery and carrots are for snacking.  The onions are for meals  I bought a huge onion so I got a lot of diced up onions.

#2 – My cinnamon bun creamer for the week.  I’m going to be posting the recipe for the creamer later this week.  It’s delicious!

#3 – Hard boiled eggs cooked in the oven.

#4 – A Mediterranean style bean salad – I’m putting it over spinach for lunches.

#5 – Roasted potatoes

#6 – Chicken piccata

#7 – Plain Greek yogurt with frozen peach slices – I made 5 of them for lunches this week.

#8 – Veggie beef soup ready for the fridge

#9 – Granola for the Greek yogurt – Yum!

#10 – Veggie beef soup cooking away
