Mom, What’s For Dinner? – Week of February 25, 2019

We’ve had many different anniversaries recently. Four years ago, the Imaginative One crossed over into Boy Scouts and then had his first meeting. Two years ago today, the Wee One crossed over to Boy Scouts.

A year ago yesterday, I had my gallbladder surgery.

Last Friday would have been my grandma’s 91st birthday.

On to the menu for the week:

Boys and Hubby

Leftover chicken, rice, and corn

BBQ chicken sandwiches

Roast, roasted potatoes

TBT – Hubby is leaving for the weekend. The Imaginative One has his Military Ball.

  • Vegetarian stuffed pepper soup (Didn’t make it last week.)
  • Dad’s Creamy Cauliflower Soup (Loved this recipe)
  • Smothered Beans over cauliflower rice

For lunch, I’m going to have salad with hard boiled eggs and the air fried broccoli and yogurt with homemade granola, fruit, and cacao nibs.

Breakfast is microwave omelets, mandarin oranges, and a cheese stick.

Stay kind!

Have a magical day,
