Another week has come and gone and it’s once again time to plan for the next week’s dinner.

Everyday I’ll have a Chobani Greek yogurt, crackers or air popped popcorn, veggies, and fruit with either a sunbutter sandwich or a cup of soup.
Dinners this week:
tilapia, rice, broccoli
chicken in pita bread, roasted greek potates, salad
raspberry pork tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, green salad
chicken scampi, spinach and pear salad, bread
taco, Spanish rice, refried beans
hard boiled eggs, tangerine, Larabar, Greek yogurt bar, or nuts
