A quick and simple recipe. You can prepare a meal in advance. Place the chicken and marinade in the freezer for up to 3 months.

- Roasted broccoli or Brussels Sprouts
- Asian slaw
- Green beans
- Rice

Honey Garlic Chicken Legs
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes plus time to marinate
Cook time 15 to 17 minutes
Stars of the recipe:
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 to 8 chicken legs
Steps:
1. Mix together the honey, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and rice wine vinegar. Pour over the chicken. Allow to marinate for at least an hour.
2. Cook in the air fryer for 15 to 17 minutes. (Internal temperature – 165 degrees)
