dole whip smoothie

Let us welcome the newest member of my smoothie family – The Dole Whip Smoothie.

Last month, I shared a recipe for a “copycat” Dole Whip.  I’ve got something even more delicious.  During the past two days, I’ve been perfecting it.  Now I’ve found the perfect ratio of pure tastiness.

You can sip on this delicious smoothie and pretend you are down in Walt Disney World or in a tropical location.

Dole Whip Smoothie

adapted from Farm Girl Gabs

Stars of the recipe:

  • 6 oz. can of pineapple juice (You can buy the small cans or you can get a bigger can.)
  • 1/2 c. frozen pineapple tidbits
  • 1/4 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. ice – Depends on how thick you want your smoothie.

Steps:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender cup.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

Happy sipping,
Traci
