Mint Chocolate Chip No Churn Ice Cream
The Imaginative One loves the color green. Once he was old enough to chose his own ice cream flavor, he would chose mint chocolate chip ice cream. For five or so years, he would only eat with mint chocolate chip ice cream. In recent years, his choice of ice cream flavors is more diverse.

The Imaginative One has gone to two camps. Since the camps, I’ve volunteered to pick up the Imaginative One and one of his friends from the first camp so we can drive them up to the second camp. Hubby and I are going to be going on a small road trip this weekend.

Trail Mix (Easy Snack and DIY)
The Imaginative One is now in Boy Scouts and goes on hikes. One of the hiking trips requires him to carry all of his supplies and food for the weekend. Trail mix is one of the easiest items to carry. We make our own so we can customize it to his likes.

Beef Hash
Food Memories As long as I can remember, my father-in-law made roast. The next day, he would make hash from the left over roast, potatoes, onions, and carrots. I do the same thing with our leftover roast. However, there is some differences between my hash and his hash.
