I did not eat all of the menu that I had planned for the week so you’ll see some of the same meals from last week.

All of these meals are gluten free.

Sunday Dinner: Chicken Rice Soup, Gluten Free Crackers, Pressure Cooker Applesauce, Plum Crumble (Recipe to come this week)
“Soy Sauce” Pork Chops, Rice, Mixed Veggies
Cincinnati Chili, Gluten Free Spaghetti, Cucumber Slices
Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Rice
