Life is different at the Believe in the Magic household. I haven’t shared a meal plan for a while. Youngest does not live at our house during the week anymore. He lives with his godfather during the week and with us during the weekend. So I’m not cooking dinner for him. Oldest cooks only cooks for himself. I cook only for Hubby and myself.

Breakfasts:

  • Yogurt with granola – I got some Michelle’s Granola from Wegmans when I was on my EPIC trip.
  • Eggs with breakfast sausage and toast
  • 2-minute microwave pancake
  • Pumpernickel bagels with honey pecan cream cheese

Lunch this week:

Dinners this week:

  • Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic knots
  • Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Rice, Veggies
  • Salmon, roasted sweet potatoes, and veggies – I got some spices during my epic trip. I want to use these spices on the salmon.
  • Cheese steak – I got Steak Umms instead of the shaved beef. Roasted potatoes, salad
