For the first few days of December, we’ve had fog.  Some days it was a little fog, like on Wednesday, when it was only within a mile of the school where I teach.  We had frozen fog on Friday night/ Saturday morning and Saturday night/ Sunday morning.  I went out and took some photos of the frozen fog.  One of the pictures is a new favorite of mine.  I love the cardinals.  To get a great picture of a mama cardinal is cool.

Onto to our menu for this week:

Monday – Breakfast for dinner (one of the family’s favorite meals) – Baked pumpkin spice pancake squares and candied bacon

Tuesday – meatloaf muffins, rolls, veggies, and mashed potatoes

Wednesday – Balsamic pot roast, roasted potatoes, veggies

Thursday – Hash with leftover potatoes and pot roast

Friday – Ham, rice, peas, and applesauce
