A quick and simple recipe. You can prepare a meal in advance. Place the chicken and marinade in the freezer for up to 3 months.
What to serve with the chicken:
- Roasted broccoli or Brussels Sprouts
- Asian slaw
- green beans
- Rice

Honey Garlic Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 to 8 chicken legs
Directions
- Mix together the honey, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and rice wine vinegar. Pour over the chicken. Allow to marinate for at least an hour.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15 to 17 minutes. (Internal temperature – 165 degrees)
- Enjoy!
