A fall visit to the local market and Mom, What’s for Dinner, Week of October 23 – Blog Post #23

This week is going to be a little bit different.  I’ve got my bi-annual parent teacher conferences this week so Hubby and the boys are on their own.  I have cooked up some chicken for them and bought them some pre-cooked pulled pork for the two nights I’ll be at work until late.

I’ve meal prepped some food for myself so that I will be fed on those nights.

I have some curry spiced chicken strips with golden rice for my lunches.  For my dinners on Monday and Wednesday, I have roasted chicken thighs and legs with roasted veggies.  Dinner is provided on Monday.  However I do not know if it will be gluten free or not.

On Tuesday and Thursday we will have breakfast for dinner on one night and a sausage skillet the other night.

We are going to visit a family friend on Friday so I don’t have anything planned for dinner.

Saturdays are always up in the air with what we eat.
