I’m not an expert on Paleo so I went to Pinterest to find some infographics to help my readers understand what Paleo is and what you eat on that diet.
Here is a list of foods you can eat while you are on the Paleo diet.
The reason I brought up Paleo is because a Paleo diet is a gluten free diet. In fact, it is a grain free diet.
Some of my recipes I’ll be sharing during October will not only be gluten free but also Paleo.
A few Paleo blogs that are great resources are Nom Nom Paleo and Well Fed. Please check out both of those blogs for a better understanding of Paleo and what can be eaten or not eaten while on the diet.
