Apple Pie Pork Chops

Stars of the Recipe:

  • 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. apple spice
  • 1 & 1/2 lbs. boneless pork chops

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the apples, sugar, flour, and apple spice.
  2. Place the pork chops in the crock.
  3. Pour the apple mixture over the pork chops.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
