Cranberry Chicken

Stars of the Recipe:

  • 2 lbs. Chicken breasts
  • 1 sm. Onion, diced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can of cranberry whole berry sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
