Another week has come and gone, and it’s time to plan for the next week’s dinner.
Breakfasts this week:
waffles with strawberries and blueberries, cheese stick
apple jack smoothie, cheese stick
sausage apple quiche cups, fruit
Power up smoothie, cheese stick
oatmeal with fruit and chia seeds
Lunches this week:
Every day I’ll have a Chobani Greek yogurt, crackers or air-popped popcorn, veggies, and fruit with a sunbutter sandwich or a cup of soup.
Dinners this week:
tilapia, rice, broccoli
chicken in pita bread, roasted greek potatoes, salad
raspberry pork tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, green salad
chicken scampi, spinach, and pear salad, bread
taco, Spanish rice, refried beans
Snacks:
hard-boiled eggs, tangerine, Larabar, Greek yogurt bar, or nuts
